At Steve’s Propane, the safety of our employees and customers is our utmost concern. That's why we train all our employees to be the best in the business. They are trained in safety procedures to identify, isolate and correct potential and existing safety hazards. Their knowledge and experience place capable eyes and hands on your property with each and every delivery and service call.
To better serve you, we are committed to providing ongoing industry skills training and safety education to all our staff:
Every new customer receives a FREE home inspection, including a full system leakage test, regulator function test, propane tank safety check and customer education on identifying and responding to any propane emergencies at home.
All delivery technicians perform tank inspections and tank repairs.
All drivers are fully trained service technicians. They can assist you with any safety or business concerns.
We perform required inspections and piping pressure tests when appliances are replaced or added or when any piping changes are made.
We perform leak tests and re-light appliances on all out-of-gas calls.
After-hours emergency calls are immediately returned. Safety response information is also available from an automated attendant.
After-hours emergency propane deliveries are available with complete leak testing procedures and appliance relighting.
Route delivery service is available to avoid out-of-gas situations and potential hazards.
All Bobtails and service equipment vehicles are inspected before use, during operations and after use for any safety or operational needs.
